My name is Dr. Eboni Freeman (DNP, PMHNP, APN) and I am a doctoral prepared, board-certified psychiatric and mental health nurse practitioner with fifteen years of experience in psychiatric care. My clinical background spans diverse settings such asinpatient psychiatry, community crisis stabilization, emergency room and hospital consultative services, outpatient private practice, partial care programming, TMS treatment intervention and substance use treatment programming.
I am deeply committed to supporting individuals of all ages facing challenges with mental health such as mood disorders, depression, anxiety, ADHD, psychotic disorders, and other chronic mental health conditions. My approach blends thorough psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and Medication Management with brief, supportive therapeutic intervention and psychoeducation.
