Erin Larramendi is a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist (LCAT) and a Registered Art Therapist (ATR) dedicated to supporting individuals through a compassionate, creative, and client-centered approach to mental health. With a strong foundation in both traditional psychotherapy and expressive arts practices, Erin specializes in integrating art therapy techniques into treatment for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, and challenges related to identity and self-esteem.

Erin holds a Master’s degree in Creative Arts Therapy and is credentialed by the Art Therapy Credentials Board (ATCB) as a Registered Art Therapist. She brings over 15 years of experience working across psychiatric and clinical settings, including inpatient hospitals, outpatient programs, and community mental health services. Her approach combines evidence-based modalities with art-making as a therapeutic tool to promote insight, emotional regulation, and personal empowerment.

Drawing on a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive lens, Erin helps clients access deeper levels of self-expression through creative exploration—especially when words alone are not enough. Her sessions may include drawing, painting, collage, or mixed media as a pathway to understanding emotions, processing experiences, and building resilience.
